Overview

The Senior Manager, Business Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives and operational excellence of the Care Contact Experience and Operations (Ops) division. This role focuses heavily on program and change management, ensuring enterprise alignment and segment buy-in to the Care Contact Experience and Ops strategy. As the right hand to the Chief of Staff, the Senior Manager will support the development and implementation of consolidation initiatives, conduct thorough market and business landscape analyses, and ensure accurate metrics and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Program and Change Management

  • Lead and manage complex program and change management initiatives to drive strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and execute projects that align with the Care Contact Experience and Ops strategy.

Consolidation Initiative Development and Implementation

  • Identify opportunities for consolidation and optimization within the organization.
  • Develop comprehensive plans to implement consolidation initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of consolidation initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Market and Business Landscape Analysis

  • Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and business environment to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market and business analyses.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends that may impact the Care Contact Experience and Ops strategy.

Metrics and KPI Reporting

  • Develop and maintain robust metrics and KPI reporting systems to track the performance of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Enterprise Alignment and Segment Buy-In

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across segments to secure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the Care Contact Experience and Ops division and other business segments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program and change management, business strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex programs and change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market and business landscape analyses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in metrics and KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
