You will lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous maintenance of Workday's recruiting and talent management modules. Your efforts will ensure seamless candidate acquisition, employee development, and performance tracking. What you'll do:
- Workday Recruiting Workflows: Design and implement workflows for candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Talent Management Processes: Configure processes for performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards to track key talent metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for Workday recruiting and talent modules.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and collaborate with Workday support to resolve problems.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Workday updates and enhancements to leverage new features and functionality.
- Team Management: Manage a team of 8-10 individuals, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and high-quality outcomes.

- Workday Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Workday recruiting and talent modules, including candidate sourcing, job posting, interview management, performance reviews, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
- Business Alignment: Ability to translate business needs into effective Workday configurations, aligning talent management strategies with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders to gather requirements, manage change, and ensure user adoption of Workday features.
- System Administration: Manage system configuration, ensure data integrity, and oversee reporting and workflows within the Workday platform, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Project Leadership: Lead Workday implementation projects related to recruiting and talent modules, including design, testing, and deployment.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring the professional development and performance of team members.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
