Senior Manager, Operations, Walmart+ Member Growth ; Operations Strategy
The Senior Manager, Growth ; Operations Strategy will be responsible for improving member spend and engagement by identifying priority member problems to solve and leading strategic change initiatives. This role involves leading cross-functional working groups comprising product, engineering, design, operations, data science, analytics, and finance partners to develop and implement large-scale program improvements. Your responsibilities will include root causing priority member problems, running experiments to identify the most impactful hypotheses, gaining cross-functional executive leadership support for business cases, and successfully implementing changes from pilot stage to full-scale rollout.

The Walmart+ Member Operations team is responsible for building a scalable operations foundation that consistently delivers exceptional member experiences. We identify and solve priority member issues and lead cross-functional initiatives to implement effective and efficient solutions. We are hiring a Senior Manager to join our team enhancing member benefit effectiveness and innovating the future member experience.
What Youll Do .
- Determine where to enhance the delivery of core member benefits to foster member trust and loyalty.
- Deeply understand member benefit experience problems and their root causes using an understanding of member needs, member feedback, knowledge of benefit operations processes, and performance data.
- Develop structured problem-solving frameworks and conduct experiments to validate the most impactful hypotheses.
- Craft data-driven business cases for benefit improvement recommendations, achieving cross-functional partner buy-in and securing leadership support and resourcing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to develop multi-phase change implementation plans.

- Experience with subscription or membership products.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
