You’ll make an impact by:
Evaluating and enhancing Last Mile Strategy – You will build broader strategy for Last Mile Deliver, clearly communicating to all stakeholders while building and maintaining stakeholder relationships as well as those with external partners, evaluate current plan and strategy effectiveness, consult with all involved on execution, provide decision making support to Director on key projects and strategy
Leading strategic projects - Incubate, launch, test and scale high impact strategic projects with end to end ownership, drive strategy and execute on projects that increase reduce cost for the business
Owning research and insights for Last Mile Delivery - Initiate research for the last mile and gig economy industry to build subject matter expertise for the industry, maintain birds eye view of all business trends, key KPIs, insights projects and analytics.
Leading the team - Invest in leading and developing your team to deliver best in class results for the organization, promote team culture by engaging in activities that support company values, culture, diversity, learning and development
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of experience in a Consultant and/or Business Strategy related position OR 8 years of experience in a Consultant and/or Business Strategy related position.
4 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams
Master’s Degree in Business Administration
