What you'll do...

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Walmart’s Search Experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions.
• Use data and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve the customer journey.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Measure success through clearly defined KPIs and iterate based on insights.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience managing large-scale, customer-facing products in eCommerce or marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in big data, machine learning, and experimentation.
• Proven ability to influence across teams and lead through ambiguity.
• Technical fluency and understanding of software development methodologies.
• Background in product strategy, UX, and data-driven decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
