What you'll do...

Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, Seller Compliance, Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance, is responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvements to ensure compliance. This role will monitor existing controls and develop processes and documentation, supporting to build testing and monitoring programs, providing business insights and reports to key stakeholders, and coordinating policy communications across the eCommerce teams and stakeholders. 

In this role, the Manager will lead eCommerce Compliance projects and be accountable for ensuring operational SLAs and KPIs are met. 

The position will report into the Senior Manager, Seller Compliance, Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance and will partner with the Legal, Compliance Subject Matter Experts, Marketplace and Technology teams, as well as additional stakeholders. 

This position must also cultivate an environment where the candidate respects and adheres to company standards of integrity and ethics while developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals. 

Job Description: 

  • Ensure operational processes are applied consistently and supported by reporting and analytics 
  • Oversee workforce management, allocation of resources across queues, and capacity planning 
  • Develop reports and dashboards for performance and efficiency metrics, trends, and SLAs  
  • Develop documentation and playbooks for operations procedures and policies 
  • Enhance workflows through process improvements and tool recommendations 
  • Define business requirements for case management and review tools 
  • Build and support testing and monitoring and training programs 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure policy changes are communicated clearly  
  • Manage and serve as an information resource for remote teams 
     

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field 
  • Background in eCommerce Compliance, content moderation, or related field in eCommerce 
  • 5+ years of experience in risk / fraud management, risk operations, and/or compliance 
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations management 
  • 3+ years of people management experience 
  • Experience working in the Intellectual Property/Anti-Counterfeit ecosystem
  • Experience working with technical teams (Product, Engineering) to develop internal tools 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions 
  • Strong communication skills, business judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail 

Additional Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with matrixed reporting and while relying on others. 
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce seller and customer experiences, platform and business operations. 
  • Experience working in the Intellectual Property/Anti-Counterfeit ecosystem
  • Experience working with external stakeholders, industry partners, and government regulators.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
