Sr Manager, Risk Operations Process and Compliance Auditor – MP Seller Support Shared Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Risk Operations Process and Compliance Auditor Manager to join our customer support team in an e-commerce marketplace environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our customer support operations adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices. The successful candidate will lead risk assessments, audit processes, and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

·  Experience:

  • Proven experience in risk management, internal auditing, or compliance, preferably in a customer support or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to e-commerce and customer support.
  • Experience with audit methodologies, risk assessment tools, and compliance management systems.

·  Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in audit and compliance software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

·  Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are preferred.

You’ll make an impact by:

·  Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and strategies for customer support operations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor the effectiveness of risk controls.

·  Process Audit:

  • Plan and conduct internal audits of customer support processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing processes and controls.
  • Document audit findings, prepare reports, and present recommendations to senior management.

·  Compliance Management:

  • Ensure that customer support operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices.

·  Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support processes.
  • Implement best practices for risk management, process improvement, and compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes on operational performance.

·  Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with customer support leadership, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk and compliance matters.
  • Communicate audit findings, risks, and compliance issues clearly and effectively to relevant parties.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the customer support team.

·  Performance Measurement:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management, process efficiency, and compliance.
  • Conduct post-audit reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on risk, audit, and compliance activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
