Manager, Facilities Management - Asset and Data Administration

What you'll do...

We are seeking an experienced Asset Data & Administration Manager to join our Facility Management team at Sam's Club Home Office in Bentonville, AR. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating our asset tagging program and data standards. They will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining of our asset data programs and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and validate Sam’s Club equipment, assets, and property against computerized data systems.
  • Develop reporting capabilities and improvement plans for missing and/or incomplete data records.
  • Investigate and respond to data discrepancies, conducting internal data deep dives as necessary.
  • Comply with refrigerant tracking and reporting per asset for Sam’s Club properties.
  • Support and collaborate with BAS controls and maintain asset up time strategy.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify asset irregularity and develop corrective actions.
  • Stay up to date with software changes and industry best practices.

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in facilities, data management, or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of facilities services, store operating assets, and computerized asset management systems (Service Channel experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization software.
  • Ability to travel as needed (less than 25%)

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 2 years’ experience in facilities management,
construction management, engineering, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering,
or related area.
