In this role as a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of advanced technology solutions that redefine enterprise conference room experiences. Your role will focus on creating seamless, innovative and user centric products that enhance collaboration and productivity in conference rooms. You will work closely with cross functional teals to drive product vision, strategy and development ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of businesses and users.

What you'll do:

Develop and Drive Product Vision: Create and communicate a strategic vision for conference room technology experiences that align with company goals and market trends. Inspire and guide teams to achieve this vision, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged. Successfully navigate uncertain areas by leading the experience evaluation process, conducting iterative prototyping, and executing various business plans and projects to ensure that the business requirements are effectively addressed and fulfilled.

Lead Product Strategy and Roadmap: Formulate and Execute a comprehensive product strategy, focusing on delivering innovative and impactful solutions. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives.

Oversee end-to-end Product Development:  Improve and elevate intricate products by formulating and overseeing the product vision, roadmap, and implementation. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, understanding competitive landscapes, collaboration with manufacturers, design to development, testing and launch. 

Champion User Experience: Advocate for user centric experience, data driven decisions ensuring that our products are intuitive, reliable and delightful to use. 

Monitor Product Performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, user satisfactions and business impact. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product enhancements.

Collaborate and Communicate: Collaborate cross functionally and with key partners such as business leaders, user experience experts, engineering teams, manufactures etc. to create and refine solutions for intricate business problems. Engage with these partners to effectively execute and sustain initiatives. Continuously communicate updates and valuable insights regarding the performance of the product.

Foster a culture of end-to-end ownership, efficient operating reviews, data driven decision-making, strong partnerships, and willingness to take controlled risks to achieve results.


What you'll bring:

 At least 10 years’ experience in product management, business consulting, engineering, analytics or related field. A proven track record in product management with demonstrated success in leading end-to-end product development from concept to launch.  

Strategic Vision: The ability to think strategically and develop a long-term vision for conference room technology experiences. Experience in crafting and executing product strategies that align with broader business objectives. 

Technical Proficiency: Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and make informed product decisions. Experience and strong knowledge of conference room technologies, including AV systems, collaboration tools and smart room solutions will be a huge plus. 

Analytical and Data Driven approach:  Proven strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and use it to drive product decisions and improvements. Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and business impact.

Proven track record and expertise in building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related field. MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
