You’ll Make an Impact by 

  • Working cross-functionally with DC Operations, Automation Engineering, and Merchandising.
  • Designing the methodology and change management processes necessary to optimize automation throughput and storage capacity.
  • Develop plans and strategies to ensure ongoing accuracy throughout the implementation of supply chain initiatives.  
  • Leading, influencing, and delivering clear and concise messages to business partners.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

  • You have a proven history of influencing others, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in, and communicating clearly.
  • You think critically, solve problems, and propose solutions. 
  • You are analytical, data-driven and a strategic thinker.
  • You have experience working in Replenishment, Supply Chain strategy/transformation, or have an Industrial Engineering background.

What you'll do... 

  • Customer Availability: Leverage existing tools to help execute channel strategies that will improve availability in stores and fulfillment centers.
  • Automation Utilization: Develop a deep understanding of new supply chain assets that will be leveraged to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Data Acumen: Leverages data analysis & digital tools to explore complex data.  Uses data to influence strategic work. Uses visualization tools to represent data and construct coherent stories to influence decisions.
  • Influential Communication: Leverage fact-based data and analytical insights to build a cohesive narrative, form a viewpoint, organize thoughts, and present in a clear, concise, and meaningful way. Demonstrates decision and coordination skills when faced with conflicting or ambiguous inputs. Acts as an advisor to diverse business partners, influencing them to act as needed to move the business forward. Seeks, internalizes, and utilizes feedback to make changes.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years'
experience in data analytics or related field.
