What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Global Anti-Corruption Compliance, Policies and Procedures is responsible for oversight of the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy, Procedures and associated Guidance and coordinates implementation and maintenance of these requirements in each of the international markets in which Walmart operates. This position reports to the Global Anti-Corruption Senior Director for Third-Party Operations and Procedures, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including international market Anti-Corruption Compliance Directors, global and market subject matter experts, third-party service providers, and business partners across Walmart International.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Ensuring the Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy and Procedures remain current to address risks in evolving international markets with unique market conditions
• Coordinating efforts to understand emerging risks and developing guidance and processes, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to address identified risks
• Coordinating and guiding international markets to ensure best practices are pursued and consistently implemented
• Collaborating with operations, third-party service providers, technology, and other relevant teams to ensure automation efforts accurately incorporate procedural requirements
• Collaborating with global and markets teams, subject matter experts, and third-party service providers to ensure to continued improvement of a best in-class program
• Developing resources and awareness content to further compliance with the Anti-Corruption program

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

• You have proven success developing and implementing a multi-market program
• You have experience in implementing or monitoring of governance functions such as ethics or compliance
• You have experience with anti-corruption and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
• You are process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• You have strong communication skills with stakeholders across various levels
• You are methodical, organized, and able to organize others
• You have a law degree (J.D.)

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
