What you'll do at

Join the Fresh Flow team and lead innovation and discover new supply chain capabilities for the largest retailer in the world. The Senior Deployment Manager plays a critical role in the development and implementation of operations technology and strategic planning initiatives. You’ll make an impact by… Enhancing project workflow, establishing and auditing consistent practices and standards for project deliverables, and running proof of concepts Developing and leading multiple cross-functional long-term projects Ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall program goals, forecasting and managing internal project resources, and monitoring project milestones against project schedules and budgets Influencing change processes by making data driven recommendations to the business Identifying potential risks of programs or projects and developing strategies to mitigate those risks while prioritizing and ensuring resolution of critical issues Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives You’ll sweep us off our feet if… You have a background in project management, change management, inventory management and supply chain You take an AGILE approach to work and/or have experience working on six sigma projects You have demonstrated End to End thought process, business process design and problem solving in your current or past work You have experience in data validation and synthesis Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
