About the position: Senior Manager People Partner – Walmart US Omni & Platforms Technology  

 

This is a Strategic Individual Contributor Role. The role of this People Partner will involve serving as a critical partner to business leaders, helping to implement and support the overall people strategies by being a trusted business advisor. 

 

You will sweep us off your feet if you have: 

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and ability to drive consistent execution. 

  • Global HR experience in a Tech and highly matrixed environment. 

  • Workforce re-deployment experience based on changing needs of the business. 

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 

  • Ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business.  

  • Experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams to prioritize headcount and attract top talent.  

  • Knowledge and experience in strategy, analytics, product management, marketing, and sales organizations - Sound judgment and experience in coaching, performance management, talent programs, and building diverse and inclusive teams.

  • You have sound judgment and experience in associate and manager coaching, performance management, talent programs, and building diverse and inclusive teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
