What you'll do... 

 

As the Senior Manager, Process Improvement Associate (Employee) Relations you will leverage your industry knowledge in employee and labor relations to enhance the associate experience at Walmart. You will help drive initiatives to redesign key processes and programs across associate and labor relations to promote the strong relationship between our leaders and associates.  

This individual will consult with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on improvement solutions and effectively communicate changes to key stakeholders. This role involves continuous evaluation and updating of practices to ensure simple, executable, and sustainable program processes. 

The ideal candidate for this role will be an innovative and collaborative with exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions in a highly complex and rapidly evolving environment.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if 

  • You have experience in associate (employee) and labor relations.

  • You have experience creating and implementing workplace processes that promote strong relationships between leaders and associates. 

  • You have a proven track record and experience in driving process improvement and delivering sustainable solutions. 

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence a variety of audiences. 

  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and evaluate key components of the business. 

  • You have a deep understanding of industry best practices and the ability to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of stakeholders. 

  • You have experience with utilizing agile methodologies. 

  • You have PMP and/or Six Sigma Certifications

 

You’ll make an impact by  

  • Driving initiatives to redesign key business functions, processes, and programs to achieve business goals and objectives 

  • Evaluating and updating current process and practices on a continuous basis while developing improvement solutions that are simple, executable and sustainable for future use. 

  • Cultivating an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices. 

  • Driving process improvement programs, evaluating improvement needs, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.  

  • Driving global projects, influencing strategies and best practices, and driving solutions for cross-functional team processes.  

  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives, developing and implementing business strategies, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
