What you'll do...

As the Senior Director of Marketing – Membership Acquisitions & Grand Openings, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and acquire new brand members while also overseeing the successful launch of new locations and grand openings.

You will lead a team of accomplished professionals, driving the growth of our brand membership program and ensuring the success of our clients. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a background in membership or loyalty marketing and a track record in acquiring new customers.

Location: This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas (relocation package is available)

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and acquire new members, focusing on main target segments, key markets and efficient channels to drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for acquisition growth and innovation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize acquisition campaigns and improve overall conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, constantly seeking ways to enhance the membership acquisition process.
  • Plan and execute successful grand opening events for new locations, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement within the local community in the time leading up to the club opening.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage all aspects of the grand opening process, including event logistics, promotions, and media coverage.
  • Develop promotional materials and collateral, in partnership with membership team, to generate excitement and drive attendance at grand opening events.
  • Evaluate the success of grand opening initiatives, provide recommendations for future improvements and develop playbook for future grand openings.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including membership, operations, and executive leadership, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field-MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand or retail marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition or loyalty programs.
  • Experience acquiring new customers or members in a marketing role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
