Sr. Director of Business Development & Digital Acceleration, Fashion

As the Sr. Director of Business Development & Digital Acceleration, Fashion you will report directly to the Vice President of Fashion Digital Acceleration, working across the business to deliver on Fashion’s mission to provide on-trend styles and quality essentials, with unbeatable value, for the entire family – delivered in an engaging, ultra-convenient experience and with the purpose she expects. 

You will be responsible for identifying and developing execution strategies for critical enablers of Fashion’s LRP, and partner with leaders, key stakeholders and cross-functional organizations to accelerate business initiatives and drive outsized results across the business unit. A critical component of success in this role is building strong cross functional relationships across Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Finance, Inventory Health, Site Merchandising, Marketplace, Marketing, Merchandising Transformation, eCommerce Operations, and more.

The Sr. Director of Business Development & Digital Acceleration, Fashion will identify gaps in existing strategies, influence and implement needed adjustments, and cascade action plans across the organization by having sound business judgment, a strategic and innovative mindset, and strong leadership. You will also provide needed clarity and direction, to business leaders and project teams, that result in continuous progress and delivers on crucial milestones for the organization.

In this role, a deep understanding of digital commerce and how it intersects with business priorities to create an omni customer experience will be critical. You will be expected to understand the macro consumer landscape, how it is shifting, how the company is responding, and help develop or execute plans that accelerate Fashion’s eCommerce performance. In addition, you will help understand costs, measure impacts, and evaluate financial returns associated with elements of the LRP to remain financially judicious for customers, investors and key stakeholders.

This leader will be involved in strategic planning to maximize value propositions and identify areas where risk management is needed. This includes attending and leading meetings that address current business trajectory, giving strategic and tactical recommendations where needed, and influencing decisions at all levels of leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
