What you'll do...

As a Technical Program Manager in Walmart's InfoSec department this role will be an enabler of our vision to be a to be a fully optimized Technical Portfolio Organization and support our mission to drive the security strategy outcomes through portfolio management practices and trust for Information Security solutions and services.  

This position will focus on the delivery of key strategic efforts and deliverables, ensure the development of roadmaps, project schedules and plans are created and maintained. Lead team of portfolio Project Managers in execution of planned work.

What you'll do:

• Having a passion to support, guide, and develop the best-in-class Technical Project Managers focused on innovative ways of working while delivering on complex Cyber Security solutions.

• Poses strong leadership skills, great verbal and written communication skills and can influence across multiple organizations.

• Ensure delivery of key projects and initiatives.

• You have advanced knowledge of Core Project Management  principles including the Hybrid methodology and ability to apply as well as lead and provide guidance to a team of Technical Project Managers (TPM).

• Experience creating program level delivery roadmap for products and or capabilities within a technical domain.

• You have a demonstrated track record of driving delivery of multiple low to high complexity projects. Demonstrate the ability to lead others in delivery setting expectations.

• Strong at establishing strategies and driving delivery in accordance with a plan.

• Strong understanding of portfolio operations and project methodologies (Traditional, hybrid, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

• Solid leadership skills (influence, coaching, gaining respect, indirect authority, hold others accountable to plans, strategic communicator).

• People Development: Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and applies managing up principles.

• Ability to operate at the executive level (strong communicator, negotiator).

Minimum Qualifications...
