As the Director, Brand Management, you will have the opportunity to lead key initiatives that will drive growth and innovation, combining the art and science of brand development.


Collaboration will be at the heart of this role, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, organization, and a creative vision. Your strategic thinking and ability to align marketing, membership, and digital teams with the brand strategy will be crucial in driving our brand's success.


In addition to shaping the future of the Member's Mark brand, you will be responsible for developing talent and fostering a strong culture among our associates. Your leadership will play a vital role in cultivating a team that is passionate about our brand and dedicated to its success.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Crafting and communicating strategies for our brand's offerings

- Defining core customer profiles and activating strategies to engage them

- Collaborating with marketing, membership, and digital teams to align with the brand strategy

- Anchoring the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in brand development and management, developing creative briefs, marketing, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in brand development and management, developing creative briefs, marketing, or related area.
