What you'll do at

Drives execution of corporate Health and Wellness programs and strategic initiatives by influencing and collaborating with cross functional teams (for example, Dot Com, Operations, Store Layout-Formats, Information Systems Division); gaining knowledge from relevant sources (for example, internal departments); communicating details of projects; and increasing the potential of expected financial results. Evaluates and provides tactical solutions by collaborating cross functionally to maximize results of current systems and processes; and recommending, developing, testing, and modifying current or implementing new procedures and systems. Develops strategic processes and best practices by developing assessments of key opportunities (for example, documenting project scopes); developing long-range plans and project timelines; and facilitating projects with executives to align Health and Wellness systems projects. Develops overall systems strategy for the department by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans and practices; and collaborating with cross functional teams to integrate systemic solutions into the Health and Wellness business. Drives change initiatives by identifying and defining transformational change and processes; validating project return on investment (ROI) and prioritizing projects; driving project plans to implement processes; collaborating with vendors to integrate with store systems; and overseeing project management from pilot to the execution stage. Directs and supports third party claims and connectivity by overseeing the integration of claims and third party tools into the pharmacy practice management system; working with Legal on processing claims; collaborating with industry leaders (for example, pharmacies, insurance processors, pharmacy benefits management company) on setting health care standard transactions; and overseeing the state mandated reporting.
