The Sr Manager, Enterprise Data Strategy will support the development and implementation of the enterprise data strategy.  This individual will manage the development and implementation of the operating framework; oversee business and tech implementation to support process improvements; identify barriers and obstacles that impact performance across the enterprise and benchmark program effectiveness. 

This role ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business and tech partners and other key stakeholders.  The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented individual with a strong passion for data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of the enterprise data strategy, roadmap, and execution plan

• Design and implement an operating framework incorporating data governance, data management, data quality, KPIs, and data forums

• Defines data strategy playbooks and ensures they support delivery of the enterprise data strategy across the business and tech partners

• Develop reporting KPIs and monitor them to report progress on implementation of data strategy.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data strategy, data governance, and data management

• Identify areas to improve data processes through your knowledge of GenAI, Machine learning, & other automation area and tools

• Provide regular status and metrics reports to senior management regarding the status of data strategy and implementation

You’ll sweep us off our fee if you have:

• Deep understanding of data governance principles and practices including knowledge of data stewardship, data quality management, metadata management and data lifecycle management

• Experience supporting strategy planning, delivery, and governance activities for enterprise data with speed and excellence

• Strong understanding of data technologies, tools, and platforms

• Knowledge of privacy and regulatory compliance requirements

• Strong leadership, influence and consensus building skills

• Ability to manage and lead large scale projects with multiple cross functional partners

• Strategic thought leader that can operate at the intersection of business and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management and 5 years of related Data experience

• Experience in Enterprise Data Management, Data Strategy, Data Literacy, Data Quality and Data Governance

• 1 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

• Data Product experience | background

• Experience working in Fortune 100 finance

• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

• Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

• Comfort with ambiguity
