Position: Product Associate III
Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712
Duties: Drives the product discovery process for small defined projects by collaborating with the Business, User Experience, and Engineering Teams during discovery to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features; specifying, prioritizing, and communicating high level and detailed product specifications; and using written specifications, business rules, flows, cases and user experience generated deliverables (for example, prototypes, wireframes, design and copy documents). Supports product implementation and deployment for small defined projects by engaging with Engineering and Project Management during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions; working closely with Marketing and the business to launch products and ensure their adoption; coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that acceptance testing was successful; managing the development of training materials; training and supporting users on new product features; managing close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer and user comments and needs; and defining, tracking and improving key product metrics. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in product management or related experience OR 4 years of experience in product management or related experience.
Skills required: Must have experience with: SAP Ariba for Designing and configuring SAP Ariba upstream solutions: Sourcing, Contracts, template configuration, supplier information and performance management; SAP MM for Intercompany stock transfer process /intercompany procurement, Inventory management and physical inventory process; SAP MM for Contract management, strategic sourcing, service procurement and plan driven business scenario, including platform configurations to map MCC to GL; SAP SD for Contracting order management process, Scope and Impact analysis using the BPCA solution manager for SAP enhancements; SAP SRM for Approval Workflow, Fiori my inbox app., delegation, and escalation processes; SAP MM for Invoice verification, ERS Process and integration with FI, SD, and WM Module; Ariba and SAP MM Processes and Organization structure design, and Direct and Indirect procurement using SAP Ariba; SAP Ariba for Configuring templates, RFI, RFP and different auction events in SAP Ariba; SAP Integration - Integration touch points in Ariba Development - Contracts, contracting terms, purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice; Writing automation scripts using work soft certify and Testing and validating SAP related applications deployed on mobile devices (MC40, TC70); and Service management tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow and Jira to review, assign, fix and report on production incidents.
