What you'll do...

• You are someone who takes end-to-end ownership to independently lead cross-functional partners through strategic high visibility projects. 

• Thrive while balancing multiple workstreams and priorities under pressure and can also have FUN at work. 

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate at the level of detail depending on the audience. 

• You have experience in Last Mile operations, particularly related to configuration management 

• You are able to think strategically and connect the dots between desired customer experience and the changes in operations required to meet that experience 

• You are able to leverage data to make decisions, influence partners, and move the business forward 

• You have a strong track record of delivering operations program through diligent project management 

• You have worked with product and tech organizations on behalf of operations to ensure the product meets the desired intent and need of the business 

• You understand how to scale systems and operations for annual high-volume events 

• Developing and implementing the Last Mile Network Configurations which balance capacity and cost 

• Providing insight into Walmart Strategic programs on behalf of Last Mile and integrating the programs into the business  

• Building the appropriate channel allocations models to decide between different Last Mile platforms 

• Seamlessly plan, prepare and execute Last Mile operations for Walmart Annual Events  

• Scale the organization through tenets, mechanisms and metrics

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 8 years'
experience in data analytics or related field.
6 years' supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams.
