About the Job
Walmart U.S. eCommerce is looking for a strong staff product manager to join the Enterprise Returns product team to execute the product strategy, vision and roadmap for Marketplace returns experience and deliver omni-channel solutions that delight our customers and sellers and boost NPS.This Product Manager will utilize data, analytics, customer and seller surveys to create returns product solutions for our Marketplace customers while incorporating requirements from internal stakeholders (Logistics, Customer Care, Operations & Finance and Returns Experience) and third-party sellers. This product manager will also lead the product effort for complex, cross-functional, and highly visible strategic return initiatives.

This returns experience product manager will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior leaders across multiple domains, as well as dive deep into details when needed to define solutions. The breadth of engagement for this role functionally spans product management and engineering, marketplace business, strategy, supply chain, retail merchandising, marketing, customer and store operations & analytics

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for key returns initiatives for Walmart Marketplace sellers that boost returns seller NPS.
• Design vision, strategies and products that help sellers reduce returns and costs for processing returns.
• Build and launch seamless experiences to onboard and retain sellers on the Walmart RaaS (Returns as a service) program.
• Lead product solutions to support marketplace and WFS growth/new vertical initiatives that enable sellers to process returns via seller center and partner APIs.
• Collaborate and partner with marketplace and returns business teams to drive priorities aligned to OKRs, communicate, and prioritize roadmaps and gain buy-in from executive leadership.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives
