What you'll do...

The Divisional Fleet Maintenance Manager is a position that supports and oversees the fleet maintenance operation, including shop managers, maintenance facilities, tractors, trailers, yard trucks, annual capital, along with shop techs and driver support.   Supporting initiatives to improve our customer service and drive our business core mission.

This exciting opportunity will work primarily with local shop managers, GTMs, & RTM. The role is field located in the Northeast, will work remote and travel up to 50% of the time, depending on business needs.] and reports to the [Director of Fleet Maintenance.

*Ideal candidate would be remote in PA, NY, Delaware, OR Va.

• You have 4-6 years of Fleet Maintenance experience.
• Knowledgeable of DOT and OSHA regulations
• You can lead and manage effectively through change.
• You are a problem solver and can gather and analyze data to drive results.

• Supporting Key Initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Driving and improving operations
• Driving field-level direction and providing guidance for the execution of key Initiatives
• Providing supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
