The Director, Finance – Central Merchandise Forecasting | Transformation plays a critical role in driving digital transformation, forecasting accuracy, performance management, leadership insights and streamlining close/reporting processes. As a Director, you will partner with leadership groups across Merchandising, Merchandise Operations, Supply Chain and eCommerce, being a thought leader regarding forecast and performance drivers. As a Director, you will be responsible for driving Sales, Digital performance, Gross Profit and Inventory management to ensure the business achieves omni-channel financial objectives. Advising Leadership – Business partnership – supporting priorities, top-of-mind, helping connect the dots and providing a forward-looking lens for the business

Forecasting, planning and analytics - Support the strategic and financial forecasting & planning process to maximize growth and profitability.

Transformation – guiding and providing thought leadership to the transformation team ensuring tools deliver a centralized and efficient platform to forecast all channels and metrics in one place, helping to drive digital transformation and knowledge within the merchandising organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

• 2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

• Supply Chain Finance experience

• Experience working in Fortune 100 finance

• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

• Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

• Comfort with ambiguity

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

‎ 

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
