What you'll do:
Support the DevOps Director, Architect, and Team Members by:
Influencing the direction and prioritization of the SecOps tooling portfolio by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives
Create a focus around developing talent, build the talent pipeline and foster an environment allowing everyone to bring their best selves to work
Guide the team on: translating customer requirements into test strategy; coding languages and frameworks in line with evolving trends in the industry; conducting root cause analyses (RCA) and root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
Provide inputs to improve the throughput, efficiency, and effectiveness of programs. Manage CICD through tracking and reviewing deployment schedules and guiding team throughout the process.
