About The Team

The eCommerce Product team builds products to enhance the experience for millions of customers who shop with us online or use the app to shop in our stores. You'll leverage the best and latest technologies to develop experiences that have changed the industry.

Joining the Transactions team as a Director of Product Management is a unique opportunity for candidates seeking a high-impact role. Firstly, this position holds the responsibility of overseeing the cash registry for a massive $60 billion online business on Walmart.com and apps. Secondly, being part of the central team offers a panoramic view of all businesses across Walmart. This broad perspective allows for a deeper understanding of the organization as a whole and the ability to collaborate with various teams, leveraging their expertise to drive innovation and growth. Lastly, the Transactions team places great emphasis on customer experience, consistently striving to remove any friction that may hinder the purchasing process. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives
