Our team’s goal is to remove the day-to-day administration components of the process to allow our providers to focus on providing white glove care to our patients and communities.
What you will do…
The referral specialist is responsible for referral operations at assigned Walmart Health Centers including processing external referrals. The referral specialist will act as a liaison between Health Centers, health plans, external providers, and patients to process incoming referrals in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a medical office or similar setting
- 1 year of call center experience
- MS suite proficient
- Critical thinking; able to work alone and be self-directed.
- Ability to be empathetic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EPIC experience
- Medical Referral experience
- Experience working in a high-volume call center setting.
