As a member of the InfoSec Risk & Compliance team, the Principal Software Engineer will play a key role in our Global External Party Risk Management (EPRM) program by working with Cybersecurity Risk Analysts, internal and external data sources. You will be responsible for working in a team to develop, integrate, and test full stack applications designed to expedite risk informed decisions while maintaining quality, integrity, and speed.
The primary focus of this position will be developing and integrating an application User Interface (UI) for displaying, modifying, and aggregating data. An ideal candidate should have strong background in frontend development, API integration, DevOps/Agile methodologies, and secure coding practices.

What you'll do:
What you'll do:
- Design and Develop React based User Interfaces which integrate with REST APIs and Microservices.
- Leverage internal CI/CD pipeline for development troubleshooting, building, and deployment.
- Continuously refine the User Interface to integrate with new data sources, feature requests, and business driven requirements.
- Work closely with EPRM stakeholders and leads to ideate visual solutions and concept designs leveraging design tools (Figma).
- Work with subject matter experts to leverage design and architect solutions.
- Responsible for operations, monitoring, and upkeeping of the hosted services, products, reports, and analytics.
- Maintain and provide process documentation for leadership and audit reviews upon request.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if…
- As a frontend software engineer, experience in building scalable, resilient, secure enterprise application platforms using microservices, APIs, frontend, and backend technologies.
- Working experience in programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript and frameworks/libraries such as Spring, Node.js, React, Angular etc.
- Experience in creating user interfaces using HTML 5 coding, CSS libraries like Bootstrap.
- Working experience in Cloud solutions and platforms, CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML).
- Knowledge of triaging and fixing bugs in a microservice, n-tier architecture and in big data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages or technologies.
- Flexibility in adopting to new areas of work, domain, and technical competencies.
What you'll bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience in UI/UX
- CI/CD Pipeline experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in programming languages such as Java, React, Python, and Spring
- Experience with pulling data to/from backend database through API’s.
