Actively communicates, trains, and guides the processes for completion and follow-up on compliance initiatives to associates within Health & Wellness and other associates as applicable to the respective health care business. Implements compliance initiatives and priorities and monitors compliance execution by others. Ensures appropriate operational execution of billing procedures, HIPAA compliance adherence, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
