What you'll do...

The Director – Business Strategy is an opportunity to lead the transformation of Walmart and retail across the Backroom and Receiving Process and Tools.  This exciting opportunity is a balance of strategy, testing and implementation and will work at the crossroads of store and supply chain business, product, engineering, design and field associates.  The role is Bentonville, AR – Home Office based, with time spent in the Dallas metro area and reports to the Sr. Director of Associate Experience and Tools in the E2E Transformation team.
