The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. In this role, you will develop business and product strategies to build door-to-door freight transportation services (ocean, air), to enable sellers to move their product from factory origins across the world to final fulfillment nodes with reduced landed costs and competitive transit times. You will collaborate across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to set the vision and build cross border solutions that help sellers manage the performance of their Marketplace businesses. Obsessing oversimplification and reducing friction and cost for sellers while maximizing their sales, is at the heart of this role as you create intuitive and loveable experiences. You will apply a general management perspective and problem-solving approach, while being agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve product outcomes. You’ll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a roadmap to winning on our platform. This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management and engineering, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain and analytics.

You’ll make an impact by…
Creating business strategies – Develop roadmap for key business initiatives and advocate for solutions allowing sellers optimize their assortment, availability, and post purchase experience on Walmart.
Driving end to end ownership – Manage applicable system solutions for new features and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working with relevant cross-functional groups including product and engineering teams. Ensure critical business issues and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for Product Manager deliverables.
Working cross-functionally and across multiple geos – Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
Building – Take features from ideation with customers to full launch and rollout, including GTM and enablement.
Moving fast – Work in an agile and iterative team environment.
Build and Develop Teams – Build, lead, and mentor a high performing team.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain or related area and 9+ years’ experience in business and product strategy, supply chain management, operations management, or related area.
5 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
5 years’ experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related area and 10 years’ experience as a Business GM, Product Manager, working on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products, Cross Border Supply chain,
