As a Samsclub.com Specialist, you will provide item and product page creation support by building and maintaining relationships with buyers, suppliers, site merchandising, site operations, and other key stakeholders; ensuring internal and external customers have the information and content required to execute online requests and support online features in order to achieve online KPIs including Sales, Profit and Net Promoter Score. This key role will also influence member shop ability on our site, ensuring product and site taxonomy supports merchant strategy and is relevant to how consumers shop and search respective product categories.

Providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in related field of study
• Some experience in merchandising and/or ecommerce
• Proficiency with retail software programs
