Provide direction to the Sam’s Healthcare financial forecast and annual planning process by preparing financial analysis and modeling
Recommend future Sales and profitability expense targets and planning and analyzing business performance in partnership with cross-functional areas
Provide input for Optical and Hearing business decisions by producing complex financial models that incorporate assumptions, expectations, and known risks
Participate in business case presentations to senior and executive management
Collaborate with senior management to plan and analyze business performance by identifying gaps between business goals and corporate objectives
Provide feedback to management regarding risks associated with financial projects
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs
Producing compelling insights into business expectations as plans are developed and strategic direction is discussed and financial advice to executive leaders to enable decision making
Leveraging tools & channels of digital transformation to drive insights across the business
Building relationships to maximize relationships across the organization to drive strong communications, strategic alignment, and clear project management across the enterprise
Operating with excellence in driving the company strategy forward, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
1+ years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experience
Merchandise finance experience
Strong foundation in strategic FP&A, focused on long term strategic planning, forecasting and analysis
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
