What you'll do...

Are you a creative and driven data analyst ready to take on an exciting opportunity? Join our team as an Analytical Manager and help us unleash the power of data to drive business success in the transportation and supply chain industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects and improving processes for business-critical decision support. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements, develop data visualizations, and ensure data quality and integrity.

This role supports the transportation network modeling team and is located in Bentonville, AR.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify opportunities to leverage analytics for improved decision-making and operational efficiency in supply chain and logistics operations.

2. Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between analytics initiatives and business objectives.

3. Lead the full lifecycle of analytics projects, from ideation and scope definition to data analysis, visualization, and presentation of insights.

4. Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.

6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented analytics solutions, adjusting as needed to optimize performance and impact.

7. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain and logistics analytics.

8. Planning and leading efforts to ensure data quality and integrity and developing data governance policies and procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong exploratory data analysis skills and ability to make analytical, data-driven recommendations and solutions

- Project management experience with end-to-end ownership of projects

- Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, GCP, Tableau, Dataiku

- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain/Logistics

- Data visualization experience with tools like Tableau or PowerBI

- Intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit

- Strong project management skills
