What you'll do...
Develops and maintains a licensing and credentialing requirement database to serve as a resource for Facility Services associates by prioritizing research to address highest need areas first and assisting in conducting research to ensure all research is thorough, archived, and documented. Obtaining, maintaining and renewing all applicable local, state and federal licenses, credentials and permits by overseeing the performance of the team to ensure technicians are operating with proper licensing and are in full compliance.
Assists in meeting compliance requirements with regulatory, industry, and company standards by conducting evaluations of current and future business guidelines; collecting supporting documentation according to the guidelines on behalf of Facility Services.
Assists in the training and communication of Facility Services licensing and credentialing processes and issues to associates by researching credentialing requirements and renewals by state and disseminating information to stakeholders; providing data and trend analyses for materials for required training and onboarding; conducting training on credentialing applications; researching applicant licensure history to communicate to management; informing technicians of timelines for credentialing process.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
