The Creative Sample Associate Manager is responsible for managing the Walmart Creative Studio’s Apparel PDP Sample Team. The team of 3 specialists communicate daily with merchants and vendors about photo sample requests, sample receipt, and troubleshooting. With over 2000 samples received monthly, organization is must.
The Sample Team is located in the fast-paced Walmart Creative Studio in LA. The team’s mission is to ensure that the studio receives, logs and prepares PDP samples for all categories of apparel within specific timelines to meet our photo and video shoot schedules. He have strict accuracy and process standards to ensure all product is correct and available on time for shoots. The team works closely with merchants, suppliers, and photo teams.

Responsibilities
Managing and supporting the team of sample specialists to facilitate clear communications, receive accurate samples for shoots, and meet content studio deadlines.
Creating workflow processes with other content studio departments to ensure smooth transition of samples entering and leaving the studio.
Analyzing sample and content project data to ensure workload is properly distributed through the sample team.
Auditing item lists to ensure all sample merchandise has been entered in the request workflow.
Implementing incoming studio software to track physical samples and organize in studio.
Managing special projects and elevated brands which require extra attention to detail.
Work closely with other samples teams to find ways to share data, samples, and simplify the workflow.
Basic Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to perform under pressure with a steady, calm demeanor.
Ability to work within deadlines, thinking creatively to increase productivity.
Strong communication skills to resolve issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team oriented, photo studio environment.
Experience with Studio Management Systems (Workhorse, Shotflow).
Background with sample logistics and marketing operations.
Data analysis and metrics reporting based on productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years experience in studio operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
