About the Position
Walmart is looking for an experienced Benefits leader who will partner with and support our International segment. The Senior Manager, International Benefits will be tasked with supporting and leading benefits and well-being initiatives to attract, reward, and retain associates throughout the organization. The role will be responsible for driving initiatives with our internal and external strategic partners and for managing the day-to-day administration have a strong executive presence.

- You have benefits experience, review health, welfare, leave, well-being, and retirement benefits plans across multiple countries
- You have demonstrated proficiency in working with cross-functional, multi-national teams to identify and build solutions to business problems
- You have developed communication materials for key meetings and stakeholders which enable achievement of our Rewards strategy
- You have experience in benefits administration including managing renewals, benefits governance and reporting compliance
- You have a proven ability to tactically execute on our Rewards strategy
You’ll make an impact by…
- Evaluating the effectiveness of benefits administration processes
- Bringing new, innovative approaches to the organization and supporting internal and external teams and partners to pioneer big, innovative ideas
- Leveraging data analysis to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities
- Contributing to the development and execution of a long-term Total Rewards strategy for our International segment
- Consulting with our market-based Total Rewards leaders, other Human Resource CoE leaders and collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities and support development and implementation of solutions for the International markets, ensuring market competitiveness and overall internal equity
