Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Advanced Analytics - Fleet Portfolio Optimization to lead our analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing analytics strategies that will optimize our fleet portfolio and maximize profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven solutions that will improve our overall operational efficiency.

What you’ll do…

  • Define overall portfolio strategy and identify opportunities
  • Be a change agent with strong influence and communication skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven solutions
  • Provide thought leadership on analytics best practices and trends
  • Manage a team of analysts, leveraging data science through partnerships
  • Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms for fleet optimization
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques
  • Inform procurement strategy by defining fleet and 3PL footprint
  • Develop and coordinate data analytics product capabilities guiding architecture and infrastructure

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing predictive models and algorithms
  • Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
  • Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Minimum Qualifications...
