About the Team

The Senior Director II, Strategic Business Solutions is a leader on the Transformation & Support team who will be crucial for operationalizing the Walmart End 2 End fulfillment (WEF) work. The mission of this team will be to take the horizontal capabilities built for the prioritized business problems and deeply integrate them into the ways of working for Walmart US. This role will directly affect – in a positive way – both our customers and our associates (Field and Home Office.)

 

This role will be based in Bentonville, Arkansas and will report to the Vice President, End 2 End Fulfillment Operations. We are open to considering alternative role locations in Dallas, Texas or Sunnyvale, California for the right candidate.

 

What you’ll do….

·       Embed capabilities across the Walmart US organization, starting with our functions that pick up goods anywhere in the world and through to our customers’ fridge – and everywhere in between

·       Support product management efforts for intelligence technology which allows for centralized strategic managing connected to our end to end fulfillment execution intelligence

·       Drive process and procedure change, which will require very close coordination with our Store and Supply Chain operations and the associated support teams

·       Build out the needed horizontal capabilities within intelligence technology and efficiently use within the organization

·       Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships

·       Live our values, act as a culture champion, and model the Walmart values to foster our culture, hold oneself and others accounting, and support Walmart’s commitment to communities, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability while maintaining and promoting the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related STEM area and 10 years’ experience in Business/Operations, Product Management and Technical Program Management.

12 years’ experience in Business/Operations, Product Management and Technical Program Management or related area.
