The Associate Experience Product team builds products to enable “Changing the Nature of Work” business initiative, while enhancing the experience for our store associates. Our Principal Product Manager will collaborate with platforms, capabilities, and functional work applications to solve complex problems in the inventory management and product availability space. You'll get to deliver associate-centric solutions that lead to first class customer experiences in our Walmart stores. It's your work on the world's biggest stage.

Location for this role is Bentonville, AR.

How you'll make an impact:

 Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable projects, collaborate with business partners on rollout strategy, and manage risks
 Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, provide input on building business cases, and approving goals
 Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership
 Providing overall direction by analyzing business goals, customer needs, and associate experience
