What you'll do...

Serves as member and associate liaison by acting as a resource for procedures and associate questions and concerns; collaborating with internal partners to help address associate and member issues; working within networks to share and escalate information; navigating the organization to remove barriers and accomplish goals; and developing and maintaining an internal network. Leads and manages administrative aspects of calendar management, event planning, and travel by responding to and scheduling calendar events; identifying and scheduling meeting locations; resolving scheduling conflicts; collaborating with others to obtain relevant resources or information; planning, scheduling, and coordinating events and travel at the direction of others; and organizing business-related, pre-travel preparation. Assists with data management and issue identification by utilizing computer programs and software to enter, compile, organize, and maintain data and information in documents, business tools, electronic forms, and reports; identifying and escalating potential issues and data errors; reviewing data for completeness; maintaining security and confidentiality of potentially sensitive information, data, and communications; and drafting, proofing, and updating presentations, reports, and templates using computer software. Utilizes business and process knowledge to provide assistance with electronic, verbal, and written communications by answering, directing, and transferring calls; taking messages; reviewing and following-up to ensure resolution of requests, issues, and questions; and composing and organizing communications at the direction of others. Assists with business operations by receiving, distributing, verifying, submitting, and documenting requests and reports against established guidelines; ensuring company assets are protected and equipment is maintained; monitoring deadlines and communicating between relevant partners;; and acting as a coordinator or liaison for visiting associates and guests. Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities. Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems. The hourly wage range for this position is $29.62-$49.23*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
