What you'll do...

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of cutting-edge security technology products for our Walmart. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and market opportunities, to driving product strategy, development, and launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations to ensure that our security technology solutions are effective, user-friendly, and aligned with our company's strategic goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for facility security technology solutions, based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize a product roadmap that balances customer needs, business objectives, and resource constraints.

• Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure that product requirements are well-defined, and that products are delivered on time and within budget.

• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders, and using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.

• Drive product adoption and go-to-market efforts, partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create and execute effective launch plans.

• Continuously monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, iterating on the product based on user feedback and market needs.

What you’ll Bring...

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on security technology solutions.

• Knowledge of facility security, access control, video surveillance, and related technologies is preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching technology products.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams and levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
