What you'll do...

We are looking for an Operations Analyst III to help coordinate business impacting incident management and senior management communication. As part of Sam's Club System Resolution team, you'll work horizontally across all of tech teams to drive various business and technical initiatives as prioritized by leadership.

What you'll do:

• Work across multiple Application Teams and their leadership to ensure OE Initiatives are completed on time and timelines is followed.
• Engage and drive appropriate Application teams to resolve business impacting issues in a timely manner, while also providing timely updates quickly and efficiently to Senior Management.  
• Monitor dashboards and alerts to help Application Teams resolve issues immediately.
