Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Collaborate and lead teams in communication and uniting people across the organization to maintain forward movement of the dental business.
Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Engage with teams and leaders and formalize reporting to Chief Dental officer and solution execution of elevation of the business.
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas. Formulate and guide the team in development and through successful execution, under the guidance of Chief Dental Officer of strategic business initiatives.
Develops a field team focused on building and maintaining business relationships with doctor groups by identifying and leading opportunities for successful doctor partners to scale and improve efficiencies. Review, design and execute improvements to organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity under the guidance of the Chief Dental Officer.
Oversees the implementation of service standards for the Health and Wellness division by aligning company goals with patient needs and expectations; recognizing and responding to trends in patient and clinical feedback; determining resolutions to patient complaints; and establishing best practices to set consistent service levels.
Oversees key metrics for the division by monitoring and evaluating performance by monitoring the effectiveness of Health and Wellness training initiatives and designing metrics to define and measure program performance; identifying and guiding the development of tracking tools to interpret and analyze performance data; auditing classes and training programs to ensure compliance and quality; evaluating performance metrics to determine program gaps; developing solutions and processes to improve program content, materials, and instructional methods; presenting recommendations to senior leadership; directing the implementation of program improvements; partnering with the Divisional Director of Retail Operations and Clinical Market Director to identify operational opportunities within Walmart Health and Wellness locations to improve efficiency and patient care.
Assist in developing Clinical policies, procedures and optimization processes for Health and Wellness Dental that are in line with business strategies. Support long-term growth and collaboration with cross functional teams by collaborating to ensure viability and sustainability in collaboration with Dental Leadership & team members.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
