What you'll do...
You will be the single threaded owner that owns delivery of suite of products that Walmart's Supplier & Merchant community depends on to run their business. At the scale of Walmart, this includes UI applications delivering Data & Insights as well as digital delivery channels like API, Feeds and other cutting edge and innovative delivery mechanisms suited for our very diverse Walmart ecosystem. You will find yourself working with Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI/ML experts, Product managers, peers and a broader set of stakeholders.
About Team: Data Ventures
Our team creates reusable technologies to help with customer acquisition, onboarding, and empowering merchants, while ensuring a seamless experience for both of these stakeholders. We also optimize tariffs and assortment in accordance with Walmart's Everyday Low Cost philosophy. We not only create affordability, but we also deliver customized experiences for customers across all channels - in-store, mobile app, and websites. Owns the Charter to Build & Expand Walmart Luminate and other related products within Walmart.
What you'll do:
- Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPI definition and other launch efforts
- Manage delivery across a product portfolio working with diverse set of stakeholders
- Develop and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Define delivery vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying opportunities, and building business cases
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Provide overall program direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
- Mentor aspiring TPM's. Develop & share best practices
Must have
- 13+ years of combined experience as a TPM, Engineering manager, Product manager or a QE lead
- Strong communication skills - both written, and oral.
- Proven experience leading a large portfolio, delivering software products used by a global set of customers. Experience with planning as well as delivery.
- Consistently use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to influence outcome without direct authority.
- Mentor aspiring TPM's. Develop & share best practices
- You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve product

- You have experience with Retail Operations
