What you will do:
Become the trusted advisor for one or more category executives within Walmart Global Sourcing.
Lead strategy development and execution for one or more multi-billion dollar sourcing category verticals.
Collaborate actively with your strategy team peers to shape the strategy and drive the transformation of Walmart Global Sourcing.
Develop strategic, analytical, quantitative and qualitative frameworks to unlock business insights and drive sound decision-making.
Identify, develop and prioritize strategic initiatives for current year and long-range strategic plans.
Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives, driving accountability throughout a complex matrix of stakeholders to deliver business results and evolve new capabilities across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.
4 years experience in sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, merchandising, procurement, technology, or related field OR 6 years experience in sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, merchandising, procurement, technology, or related field.
2 years of supervisory experience or experience leading project teams.
5+ years of experience working with cross functional teams.
3+ years of experience creating, defining, and implementing strategy.
Expert level ability to provide insights, build models and create visualizations using data analysis tools, and demonstrated capability to learn and leverage new tools.

Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
