Product Innovations Manager
Focus on Innovation! As a Product Innovations Manager, you will support and contribute to Walmart’s product development process by providing human resources and business-related insights and recommendations into the development process and definition of success metrics. You will be tasked with identifying and raising awareness around business dependencies that are critical for process optimization. Using design thinking, you will affect product development by incorporating business needs and resource capabilities into process recommendations.
Impact the strategy and product roadmap by advising on business requirements, creating design specifications and ensuring priorities and strategies align to required timelines for deliverables. This requires identifying and communicating to address and resolve any gaps and overlaps between products and business strategies.
Participate in ideation, design, and evaluation of solution requirements; applying knowledge, guidance and expert advice to build actionable deliverables that achieve business and customer centric success metrics; and prototyping and testing solutions to identify progress, performance variances, and success metrics results in order to take corrective actions.

This position is very collaborative; you will partner with key stakeholders and build strong business relationships to identify business needs, determine and carry out necessary processes and practices, monitor progress and results and ensure that the implementation of business solutions provide the business with improvement opportunities, while adapting to the competing demands and organizational changes that drive our evolution.
