Walmart Connect, Manager II, Sales Enablement and Training

As one of the fastest growing divisions of the world’s largest omni-channel retailer, Walmart Connect is leading innovation within ad tech. Our Training and Education team is looking for a passionate sales educator to join our Sales Enablement & Training team.

In this critical role, you’ll ensure the Walmart Connect sales force is able to quickly learn and adopt the newest ad products, policies, and processes. The trainings you design and deliver will empower our teams to expertly identify and communicate solutions to our advertisers.

The ideal candidate for the Sales Training & Education Manger will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and execute engaging learning activities with a measurable impact.  

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the continued creation, execution, and measurement of WMC’s best-in-class sales education and training programs.
  • Building trust and rapport with the Walmart Connect salesforce.
  • Working cross-functionally with subject matter experts to deliver learning solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Facilitating engaging learning experiences in multiple formats, including live virtual, webinar, and in-person.
  • Gathering knowledge and feedback frequently from your sales audience to anticipate questions, increase training relevancy, and improve the overall learning experience.
  • Tracking, following up, and following through on ensuring training content delivers on the teams’ end goals.
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities to measure and improve on our training impact. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in marketing, communications, or advertising
  • 5+ years digital media industry or ad tech experience
  • Experience communicating complex solutions in high stakes scenarios
  • Comfort presenting to large and senior audiences
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional partners
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong emotional intelligence and soft skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives on the challenge of educating and training. 
  • Ability to move fast, in an often ambiguous and fluid environment
  • MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel, Zoom

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives
