As a Data Analyst in our team, you will be responsible for all data related elements, including query building, developing data models, managing/creating KPIs and building impactful data visualizations. In additional, you will have the opportunity to interact with businesses across different domains and collaborate with multiple technical engineering teams.


About Team: Enterprise Business Services – Data Intelligence

As a painter that uses raw colors to create a masterpiece, you will be the artist using raw, massive, and complex data sets to tell stories and create visualizations to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.

As part of the Enterprise Business Services – Data Intelligence team, you will be designing and developing analytical solutions with actionable insights across multiple areas and domains, helping the business in their analytical journey, unlocking savings, and supporting leadership in making better and faster decisions.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop metrics, storyboards, and dashboards by gathering data from various sources to tell a story about the data.
  • Analyze complex data to identify patterns, detect anomalies in data using statistical concepts and tools.
  • Use knowledge in Data Discovery tools to write queries and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and correlations.
  • Bring new ideas for data visualizations and analytics. 
  • Interact and work with multiple cross-functional teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in Visualization Tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView, SAP Lumira, MicroStrategy, etc.
  • Understand Data Model and define complex relationship within the tables.
  • Experience on writing queries, using SQL.
  • Experience in scripting languages, such as, Python or R.
  • Be able to wireframe and mockup potential data visualization solutions to address the business requirements.
  • Experience on working with Agile methodology - Kanban or SCRUM.
  • Have ability to work through ambiguity and drive for clarity of direction.
  • Understand descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics a plus.
  • Have Celonis experience with experience on setting up and performing basic interactions on Celonis Studio between charts and tables to verify assumptions about how the process is performing a plus.
